SHIPPING & HANDLING

We charge standard Canada Post rates for shipping in Canada and the continental US. (Rates are calculated by the recipient’s location). There is also a nominal handling charge added to each order.


BILLING

Online: we charge your credit card or PayPal Account when you make your order.

Phone: we only charge your credit card or PayPal Account when your order is ready to ship.


RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

If an item is damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately at info@olliegolightly.com or 416.506.9057.

All items purchased from Ollie Golightly can be returned within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or a full refund of the price of the item and must include the original receipt. All items must be in unused, perfect condition, with all tags and/or wraps attached.

If you are exchanging an item, please note that shipping charges to Ollie Golightly as well as return shipping is paid by the customer. Shipping on returned items is not refundable, unless the reason for the exchange or return is due to an error by Ollie Golightly (e.g. wrong item/colour).

Ollie Golightly will only return/exchange items purchased through Ollie Golightly.com and a copy of your receipt is required. Items purchased through a Ollie Golightly retailer must be returned/exchanged through that specific retailer, observing their particular return/exchange policy.

 

PRIVACY

We understand the sensitivity of your personal information and Ollie Golightly will not share or sell your personal information with other parties. When you order with us, we ask for your personal email address so we can communicate with you about your order, send you an order confirmation, and occasionally tell you about exciting Ollie Golightly news. You may opt-out if you no longer wish to receive communications from us.

All other personal information is used for order processing purposes and is kept private and secure.

Are you coming out with new colours and styles?
We try to roll out fun, hip, snazzy, exciting new colours every season. In addition, we’re always working to create new products that help moms and dads with their everyday parenting tasks. Expect to see a variety of new products from Ollie Golightly in the coming year.

How do I clean my Ollie Golightly sling?
Machine-wash linens with like colours in cold water. Tumble dry on low or line dry. For best results, Iron while still damp. The use of fabric softener increases linting. Linen shrinks in the first wash more than cotton, and tumble drying causes additional shrinkage. Avoid using the fast spin cycle. Mangling or ironing restores the beautiful lustre of linen.


What kind of warranty does Ollie Golightly offer on its products?

Here at Ollie Golightly, we stand behind our products and we take great pride in the quality of the craftsmanship of each and every item we produce. This is why we warrant all of our products against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns them.*

We ask that you return all defective products for our evaluation. This helps us to provide the best quality assurance to our customers. All defective items returned for warranty service will be replaced at our discretion.

*Please Note: This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials (i.e., zipper wear, Velcro wear, etc.)
